I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which has a great location near downtown Asheville and some fantastic views of the mountains. The rooms were a bit darker than expected and had an older feel, even though they were supposed to be new. The service left much to be desired, especially during busy times. On the plus side, the dining experience was superb, especially the breakfast, which was varied and plentiful.

The rooms were a bit dark and felt older, despite being marketed as new. We had a king room with a golf course view, which was a nice touch, but it was not as updated as I had hoped.

The service was lacking; I felt ignored at times, and there was a sense of frustration from the staff. It was not the friendliest experience.

The location is excellent, right outside of downtown Asheville and surrounded by beautiful mountain views. It truly complements the whole experience.

Dining at the hotel was a real highlight! The breakfast spread was the largest and most varied I've ever encountered. Very impressive!
